The City of Santa Rosa best duplicates the actual background for this tale of a truly innocent young man arrested and indicted for a crime he REALLY DIDN'T COMMIT. The time of this docunovel is 1989 I have retired with the rank of Detective 1st. Inspector Plato Gomez retired in 1986 (under protest) because of injuries suffered in a gunfight. He had a spinal fusion. We had lived out our mutual dream of going private (Caribbean Cops IV). It was finally time to move on, and get a job that didn't require the use of a gun.
