This book is about a cockatiel named Candy Cane. He has always had a life-long dream to go to the North Pole and become one of Santa's helpers. Even though his friends laughed at his dream and told him that it would never come true, Candy Cane kept on believing. One day, he decided he was going to make his dreams come true. He packed up, and headed - you guessed it, north. He made several stops along the way, saw some beautiful places and made many friends. He stumbled upon his guardian angel who then helped direct him to the North Pole. He finally made it to the North Pole (aka Winter Wonderland).
