Has taken measures for tho coming of persons from herself to the King, as proposed by tho Scots. Has received his letter of Nov. i, ana anothor to Jcrmyn, Culpeper, and Ashburnham, with a copy of his Answer to the Propositions sent to him from London. Prays him not to send this, as it would bo a desertion of his principles. Ashburnham is to go to tho Hague to sec to tho Jewells, and settle a friendship between Princo Charles and tho Prince of Orange. Has appointed Lords Jcrmyn and Culpeper to attend Card. Mazann.
