The first term is generally required of business majors and the second by accounting majors, as it prepares them to sit for the CPA exam. The cases in the 11ed are excerpted and edited by the authors, however, the syntax is not altered, therefore retaining the language of the courts. However, this edition will now include a mix of actual AND hypothetical cases. 11ed is easily available for customization. Mallor is considered by the marketplace to be the most complete text available.
