Bus 45 really wants to try new foods. There's only one problem. He's afraid. After his mom shares some ideas about easier ways to interact with food, Bus 45 gains confidence. He learns that it's okay to like certain foods and not others. And most excitingly, he learns that eating and trying new foods can be fun!
I wrote this book specifically for my son with ARFID. He loves buses and loves reading about Bus 45's adventures with food. He's worn out the paper copy I made by hand and I wanted to make something that would last longer.
