Publisher's Synopsis

Triple bill of low-budget British gangster films. Gang warfare erupts in London in the fast-paced gangster film 'Triads, Yardies and Onion Bhajees' (2003). With an influx of cultures, London's gangland is now ruled by four distinct crime families; the 'Holy Smokes' control West London with their boss, Chacha (Jass Bassi); Billy Chan (Peter Peralta) leads the 'Triads' of North London; South London is the domain of the 'Yardies'; while East London is home to cockney-dominated 'The Firm', led by Mad Dave (Dave Courtney). After their cocaine operations are infiltrated, and $6 million is stolen from Heathrow Airport, the Holy Smokes decide enough is enough, and declare war on their rivals. Sarjit Bains directs the comedy thriller 'Cash and Curry' (2008). After Raj (Ameet Chana) and his friends become caught in the crossfire of a vicious gang war between two of London's biggest drug dealers, they escape to an abandoned farm with their friend, Tony (Peter Peralta), who runs the country's biggest pirate DVD manufacturing operation. To keep their cover, Raj and his friends are forced to immerse themselves in farm life - much to the chagrin of the local racist skinhead, who takes exception to this 'multicultural invasion' of the old English countryside. Mike McCarthy writes and directs 'Thugs, Mugs and Dogs' (2008), a crime comedy set in and around a greyhound racing track in Middlesbrough. Martin Owen stars as Danny, a down-on-his-luck man from a poor housing estate who, along with two of his mates, becomes embroiled in the shady dealings of ruthless businessman and greyhound owner Gordy Metcalf (Courtney).
