Greetings witches, monsters & assorted creatures of the night. I'm your ghost host Summer Vandergilt, and my project Brews & Booze is a collective of creepy inspired cocktails. From twists on classic recipes to spooky original recipes, my book is sure to delight avid mixologists, recipe fiends & those who go bump in the night. I've always been inspired by witches, spells & the idea of magick since childhood. Halloween is my favorite holiday & most of my favorite reads are about witchcraft or vampires. While developing a taste for high quality liquor & craft cocktails in my early twenties, I decided on a creative way to combine my loves into something I could share with others who have similar interests. A spellbook full of potions & elixirs to get the celebration going.
