Pedigree Books, along with sister company Pedigree Dolls & Toys, is owned by Pedigree Group, the latter owning IPs for major brands such as Shoot, the iconic football property, and legendary fashion icon Sindy, as well as YoYo, Willy Wonka, Pelham Puppets and First Love. Under agreement with Mars Inc. Pedigree Group also has exclusive international rights over the Pedigree brand name in all 'human' categories excluding only products and services for pets.
