Publisher's Synopsis
This work lists and digests, under a series of detailed headings, over 3000 negligence cases from 1950 to the present. Cases are arranged chronologically within each group. Each case is digested in a brief, accessible style, with internal indexing and cross referencing. At the head of each section, a keyword headnote is provided for quick access; and CA unreported decisions are set out separately in italics at the end of the keyword section.
