Excerpt from Biennial Report of the North Carolina Department of Agriculture, 1920
In accordance With section 3, chapter 87 6, Laws 1907, I submit my report of the operations of the Department of Agriculture for the past year which you will please transmit to the General Assembly with such remarks as may seem advisable to you.
The year 1920 completes a census period of ten years. The report contains a comparison of the agricultural condition Of the State in 1910 as shown by the census of that year and of this year.
