This also can be seen historically in Indus Valley civilization, where early forms of the script were written in seals and artifacts. When Parmatma guided us through our Atma ( Soul) to draw the vibrations of the COSMOS in the form of Mantras and in our part of civilization around 1500 year BC Sanskrit language evolved, . And during the same time Hinduism first Veda i.e Rigveda manuscript these vibrational mantras in the language which explained to follow and practice of yoga with meditation to the pursuit of divine union between Bhagwan and us. .Parmatma guidance to us in Vedas, comprising the Rig Veda, Sama Veda, Yajur Veda, and Atharva Veda, provide the directions for spirituality and philosophy. That contains Mantras, prayers, and rituals aimed at invoking the divine and seeking spiritual knowledge and also explained the concept of "yuj," which means to yoke or unite, signifying the union of the our soul (Atman) with the universal soul (Parmatma ) and how to join the origin with meditation and self-discipline, Yoga and Devotion One of the most influential texts on yoga is the Bhagavad Gita, a dialogue between Arjun and Bhagwan Shri Krishna . The Gita presents various paths of yoga, including Karma Yoga (the yoga of selfless action), Bhakti Yoga (the yoga of devotion), and Jnana Yoga (the yoga of knowledge).
Shri Krishna expressed that yoga is not only about physical postures but a holistic approach to life. Arjun is advised to perform his duties selflessly, surrender to the divine will, and maintain equanimity in success and failure. and path to attain spiritual liberation (moksha) and unite with Shri Bhagwan. Karma Yoga, is the path of selfless action. It teaches that one should perform their duties without attachment to the results. Shri Krishna blesses Arjuna to focus on the action itself, not the fruits of the action. This detachment from outcomes purifies the mind and leads to spiritual growth. . This encourages individuals to see their work as an offering to the divine. By surrendering all actions to Shri Bhagwan, we cultivate a sense of devotion and humility. This selfless service fosters a deep connection with the divine, as it aligns one's actions with the higher purpose of life. Bhakti Yoga is the path of devotion shown for Shri Bhagwan Krishna . Expressing the importance of surrendering to the divine and cultivating a personal relationship with God. Lord Krishna assures Arjuna that through total devotion and faith, one can attain divine grace and liberation. It is attended by practices such as chanting, prayer, and worship. It encourages individuals to see the divine presence in all beings and circumstances. By nurturing a heart full of love and devotion, we experience a profound sense of connection with Shri Bhagwan, transcending the ego and experiencing the unity of all creation. Jnana Yoga is the way of knowledge and wisdom, involves the study of sacred texts, contemplation, and self-inquiry to realize the true nature of the us and the SRISHTI universe is created . It teaches that by discerning the difference between the eternal soul (Atman) and the transient body, one can attain liberation and meet super soul PARMATMA ..
