When Jack's parents force him to work a few days after school at weird, old man Finnegan Donegan's antique store Jack wants no part of it. He would far rather be playing a hero in the latest video game. What ten-year-old boy wouldn't? However, when Jack soon learns of the adventures to be had in the back store room-adventures in a world only seen by believers-he soon changes his mind. Later, when mysterious things happen and strange events occur, it is Jack's parents who decide working at the suspicious antique store isn't such a good idea.
