Publisher's Synopsis

'Benniebee' is a story about a bee who has lost his memory due to what some scientists believe could be the result of 4G/5G masts affecting bee colonies. It is set in the queendom of Tinsle (Tintwistle), which is where we find our forgetful friend, nestled within the hills of the Peak District. With his memory slowly returning, he buzzes around taking in the sights and sounds that will eventually lead him to where he is the happiest. This is the first of the 'Tinsle Tales' stories. The second 'Walliewasp' is set in the queendom of Tinsle and follows the bad tempered Walliewasp on his journey to a mystical tree which is in the otherworldly Swallows Wood on the outskirts of the queendom. The story looks at why wasps are seen, by some, as a nuisance. Hopefully, after reading this short story, people will change their minds about wasps and realise that it's not just wasps that can change their stripes!
