Born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1972, Foos received a BFA from Maryland Institute College of Arts and a MFA from Hunter College. His book joins an growing list of titles on Ugly Duckling Presse, a non-profit collective based in Brooklyn which publishes non-commercial poetry and literature, collaborations, periodicals, and experimental artist books.
