Liam Barnes lives in a swanky apartment in the middle of Melbourne's CBD. He works long hours as a lawyer and, when free time approaches, likes to spend it quietly at home. Skylar Young is his thirty-eight year old flatmate. A columnist for a Melbourne newspaper, she's lived in Liam's apartment for the past two years. Everything seems to be working fine for them. That is, until they invite new reality television program FlatMate to record every minute of their lives. With his good looks and style, Liam is catapulted to instant celebrity status, while Skylar's laid back approach gets her labelled 'Pyjama Lady' by fans of the show.
