Heartbroken and alone, Gabrielle needs to revisit her memories so that she can rediscover whether or not Dylan is the love of her life. In Heaven Goodbye, she continues to rehash the nebula of this love to hate him romance. The story is almost like a picturesque snapshot of a lighthearted, young girl who is living the dream of her own delusional, fairy tale romance. It is in this mirage, where she leads the reader, on an excursion into a seemingly perfect night. Unfortunately, the reader will soon discover that Gabrielle will experience the darkest night of her life. The night where her illusion of Once Upon a Time is violently shattered forever. It is here where relationships and faith will be tested. Heaven Goodbye reiterates Gabrielle's first bitter taste of goodbye, where fairy tales usually don't come true.
