Publisher's Synopsis
A forerunner to the novel "Anno Dracula". A serial killer is loose in Altdorf, a city with all the problems of a pre-democratic society. Left-wing agitators blame the nobility, dockers' gangs blame each other, the police are corrupt, and the nobility want to crack down violently.
