Publisher's Synopsis
It is sad to think I had to live a lifetime with anger. Sadder yet to think of the negative effects my anger had on so many people. It is sad to think that anyone would have to live with some dysfunction or maladjustment that has caused him or her stress in their individual lives or relationships. However, the reality is that most if not all people are suffering from some form of dysfunctional situation. I know I had almost become a lost soul. I am thankful I did receive the answers to the many questions about my exaggerated emotion. These answers I want to share with my brothers and sisters.
