Publisher's Synopsis

The book is about a boy named Dallas Cosper, who grew up in North Carolina and was a major Michael Jordan fan. He was very obsessed with basketball and his family had a rich basketball history in the state since his brother played for North Carolina. He and his dad had a decent relationship, but his dad was at times over pressuring as a father! Dallas felt that his dad turned out this way as result of his own father not being there for him most of his life and childhood. He eventually married and settled down and had two kids. He was a basketball Assistant Coach at Loyola Marymount until he went back to North Carolina after his parents were killed in a car crash. He and his brothers went to play ball on his parents' home arena only to find the court had a full 5 on 5 game going with NBA legends from the past! These legends were all in their youthful or prime playing age somehow! They meet Wilt Chamberlain and he tells them stories about their absentee Grandfather and how he was in the CIA for many years! Dallas learns of his Grandpa and finds out he was a True American Hero. Dallas finds himself and can enjoy life more with this knowledge. Knowing that his dad could have been a bit different if he only knew that Grandpa was a hero! The story is full of some twists and turn of events, and a few enemies, but is ultimately about NBA Legends, and a connection of 4 family generations! Dallas strives for finding the best relationship he can with his own son after what he learns in his journey!
