Les d�bats vous ont fait conna�tre, messieurs les jur�s, qu'il existait sur les registres uneerreur de cent mille names qui n'avait �t� d�couverte qu'au bout d'environ nour mors. Vous vous rappelez �galement que, sur une in terpellation de l'accus�, M. De Gatigny a d�clar� que la v� rification de sa caisse avait lieu de sa part, a peu pr�s tous les mois M. De Gatigny a donc, de son 'pr0pre, aveu, d� l'aire, au moins cinq ou six, peut-�tre huit v�rifications de caisse pendant les huit mois en question. S'il les a faites sur les registres de comptabilit�, comment n'a - t - il pas aper�u l'erreur de cent mille rames? Comment lui a-t - elle �chapp�, je ne dis pas une fois mais cinq, mais six, mais huit fois? Je ne qqnnais pas de r�ponse 'a cette d�mon str'ation.
