The first book of the project is devoted to the works on paper by the artist. Skira and Jack Shainman Gallery have partnered to conceive, develop and produce a significant project dedicated to the artist Barkley L. Hendricks. Not only is it extensive and unprecedented – no in-depth and international publications exist on said artist – but it is also superior, in scope and depth, to contemporary artist monographs. Jack Shainman Gallery exhibits and represents contemporary artists from all over the world, and is one of today’s leading private art galleries worldwide, originating out of New York City.
