Greg Mace Peak nestled in the Elk Range by Aspen-Snowmass Colorado provided the setting for this backcountry excursion. Conveniently born on May 31st when the time is prime for exploring the avalanche prone terrain, we celebrated Rob's birthday with a powdery adventure from 12,500 feet with a mountain goat, ptarmigan and fresh tracks.
