Publisher's Synopsis
This five-year German course for the National Curriculum has been designed specifically for pupils taking German as a first foreign language from year 7. It also provides an alternative "fast route" through the materials for those starting German in year 8. Each year of the course comprises a pupil book, a resource and assessment file, a teacher's guide, a cassette pack, and a set of flashcards. These year 9 cassettes contain authentic material including songs, poems, rhymes, dialogues and interviews all recorded by teenagers in Germany. New language is introduced providing accurate pronunciation models.
