.... Then question arises why India follows the path of lie, even though "SATYA MEVA JAYATE" wrote in constitution of India.
Why FRAUD is supported by India? Biggest Revolution in India..... Whether Civil Service (Class-1) is "President of India pleased to....." Or It is at the MERCY (Petition) by Jayant Pardikar? This book contains a Mercy Petition for Hon'ble Shri Sudhir Kumar Gupta IRSE, General Manager, (as on 11 September 2022), West Central Railway, Government of India. This is due to various offences which he made during the analysis of this case. Shri Jadhav is in Pakistan's custody. Case was heard at International Court of Justice also. Whether Pakistan refused to provide food, shelter and cloth to Shri Jadhav until the case solved? Why and what for America adopted democratic way (in Saddam Hussain case) and proper trial took place before final justice? Whether America / Iraq provided him food, shelter and cloth? Kasab was terrorists, and until Kasab hanged after court judgement after proper trial, whether India provided him food, shelter and cloth? Being a part and parcel in unprofessional analysis of this case, he forgets to provide Food, Shelter & Cloth to the Ex. Army Officer (TA). 25 years is not a short duration of time and in this time period, neither they came with analysis report nor do they produce the justice which is nothing but biggest pitfall. Destroying official records of one commissioned army officer systematically, which is nothing but manipulation of files in the offices. They go through the records of one commissioned officer. Found that all communications were by Additional Directorate General of Territorial Army. They removed "Additional" and created new post of "Director General", so that previous communication can be discarded. Informed to President of India by letter dated 17 Mar 2021 (22 Page letter) having subject line "Do Not Wash Your Hands Like This Mr. President of India". Copy of this letter sent to International Court of Justice and United Nations Human Rights Commission. Practising, propagating criminal forces in India i.e., Black Magic Act. Mobilising caste and community in this "SANGHARSHA FOR JUSTICE" of Shri Jayant Pardikar. Destroying Preamble of Constitution of India which mentions "JUSTICE", which is also the ultimate responsibility of Presidential Machinery when involved in an un-professional analysis of this case. Hon'ble Shri Sudhir Kumar Gupta IRSE must be declared as "Destroyer of Constitution of India". And finally, do not laugh after reading the TRUTH that what charges on me.
Charges on me that I killed his "MOTHER" in her night sleep bad dream...... That too in year 2008. This is my 110th Petition before the Hon'ble President of India, Government of India. This is also a Complete BLOODBATH by the President of India and his machinery.
