The book contains chapters explaining all aspects of ophthalmology from basic techniques of eye examination to neuro-ophthalmology. Diagnostic and therapeutic methods are discussed throughout, and embryology, pathology and histology are included where appropriate.;This second edition retains the basic order of the first, but the text and illustrations have been extensively revised and updated, with new or better examples of the range of ocular conditions. This edition includes fresh information on AIDS, and assessment of computerized visual fields and magnetic resonances have been included.
