Ariel is a very curious homeless cat who lives in Jerusalem at the time of Jesus' birth. Her curiosity leads her to Bethlehem. There she becomes friends with the animals who lives in the stable where Jesus is born. Though she would not admit it, she is lonely. She wants friends. And she wants a family to belong to. Her curiosity leads her to a new name, new friends, and a new family. Along the way, Ariel grows from a cat with no name, who lives by fairness, to being loved and learning how to love. She learns all this from the God who so loved the world that He gave His only Son, Jesus Christ.
