Appraisal of Headteachers

This book examines a central and topical issue for teachers. It covers every aspect of headteacher appraisal, including self-appraisal and looks at the crucial relationship between headteacher appraisal and whole review. The contributors all have hands-on experience of work on teacher appraisal, and particularly the appraisal of heads.
