Es el tercer volúmen de la nueva série adoptada, y tiene por objeto, como los anteriores, recopilar, historiar y compendiar numéricamente el funcionamiento y progresos operados durante el año 1 88 3 en el vasto organismo de la provincia de Buenos Aires.
Comparando con el presente los dos tomos anteriores del Armario, se puede observar las mejoras de importancia introducidas, sea por la agrega cion de nuevos capítulos, sea por amplificaciones sufridas en algunos otros, que aparecían deficientes ó incompletos á causa de la falta de datos, defi ciencias que á fuerza de labor se irán subsanando.
