This new edition encompasses over 170 antimicrobial drug summaries in its concluding chapter, including six recently approved antimicrobials, new to this edition. Each antimicrobial drug summary includes pharmacokinetic data, antibiotic resistance potential, adverse effects, drug interactions, and dosing recommendations.
