Anonymous Who Wrote the Epistle to the Hebrews?

The epistle of Hebrews is the only New Testament book whose author remains a mystery. Although some Bibles call it "The Epistle of Paul to the Hebrews" his name does not appear in the letter itself. Many say that the text of Hebrews precludes Paul having written it. Ancient tradition variously ascribes it to Barnabas, Paul, or even to Luke or Clement. Modern scholars have suggested names ranging from Apollos to Priscilla. Which of these, if any, wrote Hebrews? Dr. Criswell, best known for his Biblical Controversies series, sets out to answer that very question. He examines all the evidence for the authorship of Hebrews. When was it written?
