This book is about a charming little Elf who tells the story about a little duck. Ducky misses his mother's lesson on how to swim. He is watching the little Goslings as they swim nearby with their parents. His mother, brother and sisters swim away and leave him as he goes around and around in circles, trying to swim. The little goslings laugh and make fun of Ducky. But, Mr. and Mrs. Geese correct their children's bad behavior. How will the Geese help Ducky? Will they adopt him or will they find his mother? How will he get the name Lucky Ducky?
