The books from the series German Reader are designed as reading materials that will help students of German language grow their vocabulary and enhance their command of the language. Each book is a short story whose theme, grammar and vocabulary are tailored to a specific study level:
Level 2 Elementary: A2
At the end of the book there is a vocabulary section with German-English translations.
Anna is a 13-year-old girl from Munich who has decided to keep a diary about her everyday life. In her diary we learn more about her friends, her school class, her family and her problems. That an upcoming party is the most important thing in her life was also to be expected. And that she tries to deal with it in her pubescent way is part of every child's growing up. - A story about first love and about the first bittersweet experience of puberty.
