Publisher's Synopsis
A virus has spread around the world. It has a special feature: it only kills adults. Children incubate it but aren't affected until they age. Anna, thirteen, must rescue her little brother and take him to Palermo and then to Messina. The goal: reach the continent, where Anna may find a way to save herself.
