The Ann Arbor Criminal Defense Playbook is geared towards the residents, students, student-athletes, and visitors of Washtenaw County who find themselves charged with a crime. The Playbook is meant to be read by a potential client who is charged with a crime, someone who loves or cares about someone in this position, or other less experienced attorneys trying to learn more about practicing law in Washtenaw County. This comprehensive book contains an overview of the Washtenaw County criminal system, a break of the 22nd Circuit Court, and the various district courts around the County. In this book, I discuss my proactive program in detail, and how it can positively impact your Washtenaw County misdemeanor, felony or drunk driving case. I've included a special chapter on what I call "tailgate offenses," which are quite common in the Ann Arbor area during the fall football season. Finally, I have put together a frequently asked questions section to address common questions that I am asked during my time working with clients.
