Anji, a young woman living with her family in a small, remote town in northwest Alaska, is overwhelmed with remorse after witnessing a terrifying incident in Anchorage that she chose to keep undisclosed. A major turning point, unraveling her previously held convictions occurred when she caught a glimpse of a young woman who appeared in a mysterious northern lights display. Confusion overwhelms her as she attempts to discover the meaning of the startling vision and solve a puzzling mystery. Anji is determined to help the authorities purge the state of the heinous criminals who have been trafficking and murdering young Alaskan women. She enlists the help of a group of courageous people, including Private Detective Dakota Hunt's heroic task force team to assist in taking down a significant organized trafficking syndicate which has plagued Alaska for decades.
