Publisher's Synopsis
Since its inception, we have been giving the Black Eagle Books First Book Award to encourage potential authors to publish their books and become a published author. For 2023, this award goes to Smrutikala Mohanty for her Odia short story collection ANDHARA PARE KICHHI. Smrutikala is a PhD scholar at RD University Odia department.
