Ainsi, pour batir un palais, il ne faut ni couper et scier des arbres, ni extraire, degrossir et ciseler des pierres au hasard, ni, d'autre part, employer des troncs bruts et rugueux ou des pierres mal equarries et telles que les donnerait un coup de mine ou le premier tra vail de l'ouvrier.
