Join Amy as she learns about the Japanese tea ceremony. On a walk with her mother, she meets Akiko, a kind tea ceremony teacher who shows her how to make sweets and how to properly conduct a tea ceremony. She also learns one way to practice mindfulness - listening to our senses. After learning all this, Amy invites her friends to a tea ceremony and shares what she has learned. Children will learn about the Japanese tea ceremony as well as mindfulness and appreciating the present moment through listening to their senses.
