About the Author
Begees McFree is the 38-year-old alter ego of a third-generation carpenter, the son of a builder/ Gospel preacher. Begees' personality blends the rough edge and direct nature of his father, a mountain military man, with the often over analytical and nurturing spirit of his sweet Southern belle mother. The result is a fun-loving and fearless man. The youngest from a family of four, he grew up in the '80s and '90s in a house centered on Christian values and teaching. Tempered by fire and strengthened by the Creator, Begees McFree explores his heart, which is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Begees is a wildly loving maniac and friend to many, but he's rebellious above all else. He's guided his own steps and forged his own path with his own understanding, ultimately leading himself to disaster and heartache.
Begees now works as a project manager for a general contractor focused on high-rise interior construction. Focusing on his new path using faith, hope, and love, Begees finds himself in an empty apartment above his parent's garage with plenty of time to reflect and write. This time of reflection and writing is the therapeutic shovel that uncovers the truth buried deep inside his heart--the truth that the world needs to know.
