The second part of the series about Alex and monsters! If you've read the book "Here Comes Mr. Flat!", then you're already familiar with Alex and his friends, and if you haven't, then know: he lives in a room full of monsters! Where did they come from? Of course, from The Book of Monsters, where they used to live before the evil DOCTOR BROTHER kicked them out. Actually, this Dr. Brot and his assistant Nap came here to sink the restaurant "Nautilus" - just on the very day when the world-famous restaurant critic was supposed to visit there! Luckily, we have a kitchen monster, CHEF ROLL, and he has a plan to the rescue!
