Connie Diamond has supported her husband for 24 years whilst he built up his cleaning firm Diamond Shine. Della Frostick is Jimmy's right-hand woman at Diamond Shine and is hanging on for the moment when he eventually breaks away from his boring marriage and declares his love for her. But when Della discovers that Jimmy is having a serious secret affair with the office junior Ivanka, she is determined to wreak revenge. But Della cannot know just how deep Jimmy's deception runs and when Connie suggests they join forces to open up a rival cleaning firm called Lady Muck to topple Jimmy's empire and hit him where it will hurt him most - in his pocket - Della agrees to be the agent on the inside.
