Aesop's Latin Fables I: A Reader for Beginners is a simplified edition of thirty fables from Aesop which have been translated into simple Latin which is accessible for any student who is familiar with the five declensions and the indicative active verb forms. Any more advanced grammar which is found in the translations is translated in a footnote to aid readers. This volume contains a translation for each fable to assist teachers and independent students.
