About Author : Dr. Mubarak Singh did his M.A. Education, B.Ed. M.Phil and Ph.D. in Education. He worked in Education Department for 16 years till 1997. He rendered his service in various educational isntitutions including higher secondary schools and colleges. Since 1998 he is working as Lecturer in the Department of Education, University of Jammu. The author has atended number of conferences, workshops and orientation programmes. he is member of Indian Adult Education Association and has presented papers on adult education in various conference.
