I created this coloring book and several others after having a moment of severe anxiety and gaining some relief from simply coloring to my own amazement. I wanted to create my own series that will hopefully help others help themselves (self help) Therapy and therapists cannot ALWAYS be there even in today's day and age so this is a nice alternative to turn to when you cannot figure out how to calm yourself. This is not a religious book in anyways although some of the patterns were inspired by Buddhist art
