Many assume that Eve partook of the Forbidden Fruit to have children and because she understood the Gospel Plan. Scripture teaches differently. The second part takes a scriptural look at the issues surrounding Cain and Abel and the priesthood restrictions and reasons why the Declaration of 1978 was as fulfillment of prophecy rather than pressure.
