Who, said Mr. Edwards, was the instrument in God's hand of raising that society at Brandywine, where I preached three times, and gathered a society of at least fourteen members, when I sent their names down to Philadelphia. This is but one out of many instances, where the Lord has been pleased to both own and bless my labours.
