Publisher's Synopsis
Dr. Jerry Ferrino, a renowned neurosurgeon specializing in the treatment of Parkinsonism is asked to travel to Iran and operate on an Iranian VIP afflicted with the same disease. The CIA requests that he accept the offer in order to lay bare the whereabouts of Iran's nuclear reactor and his Iranian patient who is in charge of developing Iran's nuclear bomb and intercontinental ballistic missile program. Intelligence reveals the patient is hiding at the nuclear facility. Dr. Ferrino could provide the reconnaissance necessary for the U.S. to take out the facility as well as their top nuclear scientist. Dr. Ferrino must decide which of his two loyalties takes precedence, devotion to his country versus his Hippocratic Oath.
