The last session targets all energetic systems for a powerful full body practice.APSARA's Holistic Health Program incorporates Visualization, Breath work, Physical Yoga practice, Meditation, Sound frequency, Acupressure, and Nutrition for healing. The techniques are sensual by nature, sound, touch, taste, sight, and scent. We are sensual beings. By getting back in touch powerfully with each of our senses we truly merge our physical self with our spiritual self. The Holistic Health Guide book breaks down the techniques for each energy center. Each section contains sound frequency, a guided visualization, breath work, 5-7 asanas (poses) with instructions and photos, acupressure points with diagrams, guided meditation, nutrition (food which stimulates and heals the energy center), and additional physical activities (which stimulate the energy center). Recommendations are given on how to use the guide book in an effective and enjoyable approach. The beginning of each section describes the psychological and physical imbalances of the energy center. You, as the practitioner, can decide which areas of the body or which emotions you would like to target. These techniques allow the practitioner to develop a relationship with their thoughts, emotions, and body. This is a lifestyle that gives each practitioner the tools, skills, and knowledge to take control of their overall health. You become your own healer.
