The author's love of spirituality and deep interest in the works of Sydney Banks are reflected in the poetry. The book is split into four sections: Rhyming Verse, Free Flowing Poetry -the main body of the work, Sonnets and Haiku. For maximum benefit, it is recommended that the reader get quiet and let go of every day concerns, then allow the words to wash over them and lead them to that silent space within where the true self is uncovered. A channeled piece is included in the beginning of the book to assist with this process. This version includes colour headers and logos with one colour photograph.
