It's Kevin's Birthday, so he heads to the pub with his dad for a meal, that is, after he just broke the finger's of a foreman who upset his old man - he has spent his whole life acting as a violent and brutal enforcer for his father, when he's not breaking fingers, he's breaking into student's homes collecting what's due...one way or another. But it's Kevin's Birthday, and after getting blackout drunk he's approached by a man, a shadowy figure who tells Kevin he will kill a young child in a few hours, that is, unless Kevin can stop him. Unsure if this was real or not, his fears become animate, when the news reports of a child's murder. What follows is a perverse 'cat and mouse' game, the killer taunting Kevin, hounding and haunting his every waking moment, forcing him to confront long forgotten memories...with a twist of the knife, nothing will ever be the same for Kevin as he fights to stop the killer - one way or another.
